They appear very similar to your descriptions and photos of pearly penile papules. Nevertheless, I have put off going to see a doctor thus far, more or less because of fear. However, over the past six months or so, an unusual and quite frankly, foul smell has developed around my genital and anal area. Is this an indication that I have genital warts or any other STD?

37. Idefinitely have Sebaceous Prominence but it is fairly new to me. I currently only see the bumps at the end of the shaft near the scrotum to about 1/5 of the way towards the head. I was wondering if this is the only place the sebaceous prominence will be or does it always spread to cover the entire penis? The photos available online always show the entire penis covered with bumps, but I have also found that the internet medical sites tend to show the most severe cases only.

590. I am 23 and have had HPV since I was 19, I have been treated 3 times, so I guess I have the more harsh kind of HPV. I havnt had warts. I am in a relationship of 18months. It wasnt until my last treatment that I found out how serious HPV is. My b/f and I have unprotected sex all the time & has recently developed warts on his penis. He is using Aldara. Is it safe to cont having sex with each other? Can we keep re-infecting each other? Any other advice?

He claimed not to know he had warts and thought the large bump on his penis was normal, not contagious and would go away and most of all not something I should know about.
