About 2 months ago I had a coldsore on the outside of my mouth, and recently I had been diagnosed with having 1 singular genetal wart. Is there anyway i could have accidently spread the coldsore from my mouth onto my genetals, or can they only be contracted through sexual contact?

a cold sore is herpes simplex, it can either be type one or type 2 and yes you can spread it to your genitals by touching it... but then you would have been diagnosed with having HSV genitally as well orally..
HPV is different... it is not HSV so it is possible to have both... many people do...

but herpes is easily treatable with anti virals like valtrex.

Unfortunently HPV is harder to treat...
