Question:

Is it possible to have genital warts on lips? All I have read says it happens in people with HIV?Is that true? Can you get in in your mouth if your HIV negative as well?

 



you can get oral warts if your HIV neg or HIV positive. It really just depends on the strain of HPV
HPV''s 6, 11, 13, and 32 are the ones that can cause oral warts

if your looking for more info that has nothing to do with HIV+ and oral warts look up RRP
that is for people who get oral warts in their throat...

YES! I think it is a good idea to be tested for HIV anyway, but don''t let oral warts convince you that you are seriously ill. I read some information that says only about 3% of HIV+ people get these anyway.

people that do not have HIV can get genital warts. It is possible to get them in your throat as a result of oral sex.
