Question:

I was wondering if HPV or ill say warts is transferable from skin to skin contact, then how can people say its not tranferable from kissing if uve got the warts in your mouth?

The mouth is a very acidic and harsh environment. I think its safe to same that this is the reason that its popularly claimed to be less likely.

this is bull--.
As a nursing student, I know that one: HPV never goes away, it is always in your system which explains the recurrent outbreaks. And two: HPV is transmitted through direct contact. That means kissing, touching - the whole nine. I am also concerned that I too may be infected. This idea comes from watching my own symptoms, and I am worried. Please! Do not give out information to people that is not correct. It can do a lot of harm. Anyone with questions about this and other STDs should do further research on internet sites that are more trust worthy such as CDC.
