Question:
Hello, I recently performed oral sex on a female that i hooked up with. The day after we hooked up i felt as if something was stuck in my throat. now, a few days later, i looked in the mirror and i see little bumps in the back of my tongue..all the way back. It feels as if i have mucus there. im not sure it is my taste buds or not. can this be a sign that i have hpv?

It is normal to have bumps on the back of your tongue. Its probably not likely that warts would show up the day after you proformed oral sex... I dont think you have anything to worry about unless you start to develope bumps else where in your mouth, or they flatten and begin to look like warts.

Go to the doctor immediately. It could be gonorrhea, which can cause a smelly, whitish bacterial infection of the tonsils! You need antibiotics to make it go away!

this is not a question but its important!!! if your a guy and have a bump you need a biopsy!! its when they cut the bump and sent it to get results!! wemon can get a papsmear to know....and for wemon who dont have the virus they can now take 3 vacines to prevent exposure to the more severe forms of the virus but for men the onlything we have is biopsys cut it and test it!!!

hun its probably nothing to worry about but it is normal to have bumps behind your throat, I have them too but to be safe you can just go to get it cheak but I doubt that you have HPV. For the next time you perform or receive oral sex just to be safe.

ummm you need to dump the tramp obviously if she''s giving you diseases. you should definately get checked for other stds, I hope your not still messing with her because if you are, you're stupid as hell.

i think you are all right. I got scared as well seeing those two bumps on the very back of my tongue. but i''m researching and its normal, also my doctor took a look and said everything is normal
