It''s possible. The mouth is a less likely place for warts to appear or be transmitted.

Some numbers point that 50-75% of the sexually active population has some form of HPV. So you're not going to be able to avoid it unless you stay with one partner and you are certain neither you or they have ever been exposed to it.
