What are the pimple like things on the hed of my penis they are located at the base of the head of my penis or the top end of my sharft they look like pimpels and are whiteish in colour there is about 50 of them. what are they and how do I get rid of them

They are likely ''Pearly Penile Papules'. Almost all men have them, and they pose no health risk. There really isn't a way to get them removed.

Unfortunatly similar, I''ve been to 4 specialists. From University Doctors to the main city STD clinic. And no one can tell me what it is. But I am a female, so it is not penile papules. And all the doctors that I have been to have said that it is not warts and my paps are clean. It is a bummer because it is not normal, it is an STD, because I did catch it sexual from someone. im 14 and about to have sex but all these health warnings are making me paranoid with worry, what if a condom splits, what if it goes inside her, intercourse-talking my girlfriend is a virgin but might she have a disease. just to be on the safe side what is the best way of protecting myself?

Hey Dude, dont stress, they sound to me like pearly penile papules, I have them too, they aren''t an STD, I never had unprotected sex until my current GF of four years, then about a year after we did unproteted for the first time I started get these bumps, at fist I freaked out and went straight to the doc, he told me not to worry, suggested some hydrocortisone cream, which in my country (Australia) you can by over the counter at any pharmacy pretty cheap, it worked!!
