My boyfriend was just diagnosed with HPV and is afraid he has passed it on to me. Is it possible that I gave it to him even though I haven''t had any symptoms?

yes it possible that you could hav had hpv because it can lie dormant for years and you will hav no symtoms

there is a STRONG possibility that you also have it but who is to tell who gave it to who. if he has had sex before you there is an 80% chance that he could have gotten it from somewhere else and vice versa. because the disease can stay dormant for so long there is really no 100% way of telling . you might not ever have symptoms but still have the disease.
