What other symptoms can you get if you have warts appart from the actual wart?

I was diagnosed with SEVER CERVICAL DYSPLASIA.. I have NEVER had a wart.

Not all get these early symptoms but these do occur in some, bleeding, vaginal discharge(bleeding/thick white discharge) Also in few, several red bumps with itching can occur, these bumps will only last a few days and disappear with proper medican (such as vagisial)

slight burning, itching, and some pain in the affected area.

there are no other symptoms as a rule for men, irregular pap smears for women, however HPV can evolve/mutate to other issues such as cervical cancer, penile & rectal cancer, etc. these probably have their own symptoms which I don''t know and don't want to know:)
