Hi, I was wonering if Sebaceous Prominence can be located on the tip of the head of the penis. i have a small cluster of bumps on the tip of the head of my penis and i have never had any action with a girl before please help thanks ?

Are they real small? on the tip you may have really small sebaceous glands, and they should be really small and pearly looking, good luck

that sounds like genital warts I think you should hav a doctor look at it. you dont need to hav sex to get hpv..touching a girl donw there and touching yourself...or a girls panties that felt up or somthing...there are other ways dude. and iv never heard of geting sebaceous prominence on the tip of the head on the penis, it sounds like hpv so go get hte doc to check it out

I have those too. I dont think it is HPV rather papuels (dont remember spelling). I went to the doctor about it and he told me every thing was normal. However you should go to the doctor anyways.
