Question:

I have about 15 bumps all reletaively small and all circular raised bumps around the base of my penis and throughout my pubic hair above my penis. When I squeeze them a clear substance comes out followed by a little Genital Warts. what does this sound like. The bumps are domed shaped and waxy looking at the top any ideas on what it is. Once popped they seem to go away but sometimes they get really red. They cause no pain and do not itch?

does not sound like warts, I would show them to a doctor who can tell you, warts usually don''t pop, probably hair follicles or cysts
