I''m 22, just about to graduate from college, and I have notice bumps on my penis, little ones, kind of in the corner under some hair, that I don't know if they've always been their or not. I tend not to think so. I have also had little white dots on my testicles, but they've been there forever so I don't think that is anything big. I already know they should be checked out, my? is, can an HIV free walk in clinic do it??

Do a search for folliculitus or ingrown hairs on genitals.
