Can "Sebaceous Prominence" spread to the outside area of your anal?

Not true. I know it spreads. I have it on my penis and over the passed 2 years, it has spread from the base to 3/4 the way up it. So I am sure it is possible to get it there.

I don''t think sebaceous prominence spreads at all, I think it is genetic and you have it or you don't it doesn't spread

what about the bump around scrotum. It seems nobody mention about that. Is it normal on sebaceous prominence or is this STD?

I think its Sebaceous Prominence, cuz I showed up on my sack when it showed up on my shaft, and it was all before I had sex. And I know its not contagious, so dont worry about that.
