Question:

I had a uroligist do a vinegar test that came up positive concerning genital warts around my urethra. I then went to get a second opinion and the doctor told me that the vinegar test was not reliable. The second doctor did a visual exam with a magnifying glass and I showed him exactly the spot that was bothering me. He said there were no warts. I don''t know who to believe. Is the vinegar test more reliable than a visual exam?

The vinegar test isn''t clinically proven. It's just a clue.. If you had a doctor examine you with a magnifying glass then you might want to go with his opinion.
