Question:

I noticed small bumps on my vagina and I didn''t know what they were. I went to an urgent care doctor when I had a UTI in Oct. That doc checked for warts and didn't find anything. On thanksgiving I was still paranoid, and went to an emergency care center, where the doc said it was a skin tag and i had a normal fem. anatomy. I go to my ob/gyn who was not sure and had to ask another ob/gyn who said I had genital warts. Could i be misdiagnosed?

Ask for an HPV test. Genital Warts will be drawn and if you have a positive diagnosis for HPV, chance are you may have warts. HPV also causes cervical dysplacia in women which will cause cancer if it is untreated in a timely manner. Don''t put it off and request an HPV test and a pap smear.
If you are HPV positive, you will always be a carrier and therefore pass it on to others.
