Question:
HELPI''m a male with anal warts. I've been to several doctors, referred to a rectal surgeon who claims that my anal canal has many and has suggested major and radical surgery (in the hospital for 3 days). Has anyone ever heard of anything like this? I'm suffering from LOTS of anxiety. ANY words/comments would be greatly appreciated?

Answer is that both me and my husband had anal warts (how cute). Anyway I caught mine super early and had it taken care of very easily. He on the other hand decided that they would go away on thier own and never went to the Doctor. i dont know how long he kept it a secret but, well, whatever. At the moment he is in the Hospital because of the surgery they did. He will be in a total of 4 days. They felt that it was better to get EVERYTHING out and keep him in the hospital than to do only a little and have to repeat the procedure 2 more times. It was a little rough the first night, but the nights following they give you tush baths, you bleed a little, but staying in the hospital cute your infection risk substantally, so dont be anxious, just have supportive people with you.
