Question:

Did I accidentaly spread HPV to my fiance? I was just diagnosed with HPV and the doctor said I could have had it for years and never shown symptoms. He said I could still have received it even while using a condom. I dont know if I can go on living knowing that I possibly spread it to my fiance. We have had unprotected sex before so I am almost positive that she has it. Everyday since my doctor exam I think about pulling the trigger so I dont have to deal with it.1 bullet is all it takes?

First, since you can have HPV and not know it or show signs of it, you could have gotten it from her. Also, while I understand the guilt that you feel (I''m kind of in the same boat), you couldn't possibly protect her from something you didn't know about. If you haven't told her yet, do so, and let her know that you can't know when or where you got it and how scared you are not for yourself but for her. -Keep your head up and talk to a counselor or doc about your feelings of guilt and depression.
