PLEASE HELP ME! I am a 23 year old male who is in serious need of help. I recently thought i had the genital warts virus and i panicked and i put regular non presciption wart remover, tinamed was the name of it, to the warts. IT formed an odd white past. The wart is long gone, but the use of the wart remover has left an odd mark on my penis. I know there has tro be a way to remove this and i really need to remove this. Send suggestions please?

• At the base of my penis I have bumps and on one side of my penis is puffy. The bumps hurt when I touch them. What does that mean? Is it some kind of desease?
