I am a female and I have these little bumps that look exactly like this picture of sebaceous prominence i saw on the web. its itchy and sore...what do you think this could be?

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE go to a doctor right away. what you are describing is a common sign of VIN which stands for vulvar intraepithelial neoplasia and it is a pre- cancerous change. I had this and it developed into cancer, so please get checked out and have them do biopsies of the bumps to see exactly what it is.
