I have had penile papules or sebaceous prominence or something similar since I was younger and thye havent gone away. like 3 times when I was younger one would get pop out and it look like a sesame sead. Now, atleast 1 a year between 5 and 12 of then would turn red like a pimple and they hair folical could be seen. Can these hair folicals get iritated from chafing from sex with a girl who shaves ocassionally? What does Hepres look like? any similar to penile papules or sebaceous prominence?

• Hi there. Ok so acouple weeks ago I found a hard lump/bump near the base of my penis...i thought it might be a pimple or something and when I pressed on it a bit of white liquid came out... i decided to leave it for awhile to see what happens..but it hasnt gone away. its lost most of its color but the lump is still there.. I sort of played with it again and now it hurts when I touch it..and when I do push on it a clear liquid comes out and it smells really bad.is this a genital wart?
