I recently had some bumps form at the base of my penis and some on my scrotum. they will bleed if popped open. I saw a doc a month ago and he said it probably was nothing. i saw him again today and it has not gone away. he says he does not think it is warts but i might want to see a dermatologist in a few weeks to see what it is. he feels it is follicitus. anyone with a similiar situation? will warts bleed or have any fluid in them? i already know this is not herpes?

• Alright, new to this 22yo male and I just recently discovered the first bump, get tested in three days but last person I had sex with was like 5 months ago why would it just show up now... little cunfuzed...... thanks in advance?
