About 3-5 months ago, I began noticing a few bumps on my outer labia. I''ve had 1 sex partner and we have been together for over 7 years, and he was a virgin also. I had also just recently starting shaving down there so I thought they were razor bumps. Now they have not gone away, and I am getting very worried. Only thing I can think of is that I am a nursing student and maybe I somehow got infected by a patient during clinicals, but I always use gloves?

I have High Risk HPV. I had a biopsy done it came out negative for cancer but have to follow up w/ OB in 6 months. I have not told my boy friend about this condition I have because I''m afraid what he'll think about the whole thing. I have been diagnosed with hpv and was considering getting a genital piercing. I read on another site that warts can "flower" out of a new piercing. Does anyone have a genital piercing that this has happened to? So far I only have cervical hpv. Would this affect it in any way?

I cant believe so many people have the same questions that I have. I just found out that my boyfriend of 10 months has hpv, and I do not have it. I had a check up very recently and my dr. said everyhting was perfect. he swears he hasnt cheated on me but if I dont have it and he does, what else am I to think? can you transmit a wart from your hand to your genitals? are there other ways of contracting this virus?
