I currently have Sebaceous Prominence...and that is not my question..my question is this..and it is VERY scary to see what people have to say from my point of view the back of my shaft has a few (not many) veryyy tiny yellow bumps or dots..they have been there for a while..never grew at all either! what I mean by "back" is from my point of view from first peron, and look down...i hope someone can asnwer this...my guess is that its simply Sebaceous Prominence. Thanks?

They are in clusters and seem to be Genital Warts my skin a little around them. They are mostly pretty small but I get the occasional bigger one. Also they seem to be spreading down tword my genital area. I dont know what they are but I am kind of worried it is an std. Please help?
