Question:

I had genital warts 30 years ago which were treated by freezing. Since then all exams and pap smears have been normal, including the last one two weeks ago at a clinic. I will see my regular gyn soon about some troubling symptoms including bleeding. My question is can having the virus 30 years ago affect my susceptability to pre or cancerous conditions? And also could I have spread warts to someone sometime in my lifetime? ( even with no warts present)?
