I have both Pearly Penile Papules, and Sebaceous Prominence. Lately though, I''ve noticed red bumps on the foreskin that I can only see if I stretch it out and look closely. They don't hurt, but itch every once in awhile. I was wondering if that could be HPV, or is related to the PPP or SP?

i have the samething (i also have ppp) and I noticed these when foreskin is stretched somebody???? anybody???
