Can men catch HPV as easily as women? And what test to men do to find out if they have been exposed to HPV?
Yes men can catch HPV just as easily as women can. This is a very common virus and it doesn't take much to get it if you've had unprotected sex.
There is no test out there for men to find out if they have been exposed to HPV. If you think you might have been I would go to your doctor and talk to him about the different options you might have. If you're having any visible symptoms, such as warts, then definitly go! In most cases warts never show up, you are just a carrier of the virus.
Hope this information helps. If you have any more questions or concerns please feel free to e-mail me.

My boyfriend spreaded this disease to me. He never had an break out before he met me. I was a virgin when we met and my mother had a c-section with me so he gave it to me. The first break out he had was after he infected me and we were not using protected sex and then I found out that i had been infected. Women are more likely to have complications than men are. We are more vunerable to these type things. Stay protected and may God Bless You!!(:

Again, there is no lab test to detect HPV. And condoms will NOT protect you from transmitting or recieving HPV. This isnt like HIV that requires a fluid medium to be transmitted.
You can easily come in contact with an infected parters genital skin and/or fluids. When is the last time your scrotum didnt come into contact with your partner during sex? How about your groin?

Men can catch HPV from women, but it is not usual. Men are usually the carriers and show little to no symptoms. But if you go to the right place, men can get a colposcopy just like what women do. It just takes place on the penus as opposed to the cervix. Hope this helps!

Men catch HPV just as easily as Woman. Unfortunatly through women show signs much more then men as the virus likes warm moist areas to bread. HPV can be totally undecectable until you show signs.
