i have dripping from my penis after urination,also
itching on my genitals and the head of my penis has a red coloring around the hole,what is it?
Appears to be syphilis. The red coloring maybe a chancroid. Its either that or gonnorhea. Go to a doctor immediately. It can be cured in the early stages.

it kind of sounds like a penis infection so i think you should go to the doctors and find out wat it is.....and the answer above mine i think is very useless and stupid and people shouldnt post somthin unless it is an answer or atleast help
