I've heard that warts hold moisture in your genital area and make it more common for yeast infections.
Ive heard it reccomended to wear cotton underwear as they ventihlate better.. more air flow, keeps it drier.

Possibly, yeast infections are from acid imbalance of the good bacteria. However stressing about having gentital warts is more than likely the actual cause.
