 I have a bump on the shaft of my penis but it has been there for at least ten months that I am sure of and has not changed or gotten any bigger that

Very frequently men have some bumps on their penis. There are 3 likely things: hair follicle, penile papule or wart. Generally the pearly penile papules appear on teh head of the penis. If you look closely at pictures of most genital warts you'll notice that they generally come in patches of more than one and have a rough cauliflower like appearance.
