Yes. If you are a female you are able to know. Call your doctor where you had your pap smear done and they should have on file all the different strains that were found. A person with HPV almost never has just one strain, they usually have multiple strains. Almost every person has both high and low risk strains. If you are a male I don't really know for sure how you can find out. I really don't think there is a way.
