It depends on what sexual contact means to you. Dont touch your partners genitals or yours after touching your partners if you think your partner has HPV (most people have HPV).
Ultimately, HPV is something that isn't very serious, especially if you pay attention to your health which will help you in the long run anyways.
Stay healthy and visit your doctor yearly regardless of HPV.
