People react differently with HPV. In my case there was a lot of itching. Sometimes it was unbearable. If you do not know if you have HPV or not the itching could be due to something else. I would talk with your doctor and find out for sure what's going on.

It varies but lots of times they don't cause any itching. Mine did not itch at all.
