You really can't tell yourself. If I were you I would make an appointment with your doctor for a check-up. Tell him what you're seeing and then he/she will be able to make a better diagnosis.

These are natural and aren't usually removed unless they are very pronounced and interfeing.
A dermatologist would be the doctor to ask for more specific information regarding papules.
