Question:
How is it that at first I just had dysplasia and then I got symptoms of the warts? How did I get 2 virus types?

It is always common for a person with HPV to have different strains of the virus, not just one. A person with HPV carries high risk and low risk types. Usually high risk types cause dysplasia or cancer and the low risk types cause warts. So this is very common to see.
