Question:
I have a strain of HPV that causes warts, is there a test that can be done to find out exactly which strain I have?

If you are a female I'm sure you can find out. When I had my HPV test done, it came back positive and they were able to tell me the strains that I had. Both low and high risk. So I'd talk with your doctor.
