we found out we had genital warts when my girlfriend went to a prenatal check(pregnancy check-up). We were very scared and confused and still are. We don't know if we can ever have unprotected sex later on when we are ready to have another baby. We don't know if are baby will be ok or if it will have the virus to. We hope that are unborn child will be ok and will not be born with the virus.Because are baby has done nothing wrong we were the ones that made a mistake and had unprotected sex with that other person let it be born happy and healthy.

and your baby will be fine,hpv rarely affects the baby so rare in fact that hospitals dont even do c sections on hpv parents. get on the internet get informed, a person is less scared when he knows all about what is scaring em.. you will be fine!!

i have 2 children, both healthy with no disease. i have a new partner, we have unprotected sex alot. he doesn't have it at all. just be careful

All i can say is that it apparently isn't rare enough. I was born with it. There is a much less chance of transmitting the virus if you have a c-section.
