i don't understand

So, I'm 17, ive never had sex (or oral), but I do have a few tiny bumps on my penis. I don't get how i could have possibly gotten this at all, could I have gotten it from somewhere else? I'm pretty sure it's HPV since it's warts... on my genitals, though they are small... when there is a bump on your penis you notice. I don't really know what to do about this at the moment at all, how would i get treatment? I'm not telling my parents this (without bursting in to tears in embarrasment atleast)... so I'm certainly stuck out all alone in this world at the moment and it feels like i have the worst luck if i got this from just like touching something and going to take a piss without washing my hands in between.....

You probably do not have it. Want to
be 100% sure? Go to a dermotologist
and tell him you did research and
you're not sure if its pearly tips or
HPV.

Good luck. If you got it without ever
having any sex that would really suck.
It's bad enough when you get it when
you've had sex with very few people.

I think you just need to go to the
doctors and tell them what is going
on. I hope that you are alright and
everything goes good for you .
