Unfortunately even doctors know little about HPV - meaning warts in general. Medical science have neglected to invest money in research in this field because it was deemed non-lucrative.

Anway because they don't know how to cure warts, they either burn them off or put poison on them or try to set your immune system against them. It works wonderfully for some and for others nothing helps...hope you're in the former category. Good luck.

The redness, itching, swelling sucks but I think it means that the Aldara is working in that area. The places where the redness came where the places where the warts seemed to go away the fastest although I was uncomfortable as hell. Dr. said it was okay to skip a dosage here and there to ease it.

Common people. Give me some real live feedback? How was it for you? You guys are talking in theory. What have been your experiences? Does it normally just get worse and worse until your whole genital area is literally covered in clusters and that's all you see or is it more cyclicle?

I've only been on the Aldara for a few months now and it seem to be working. New warts may pop up in other spots so I just start applying there as well. Redness and itching are bad but what can ya do. Not all of the warts go away as quick and there are a few stubborn ones as well. But for the most part it works just the side effects in that area suck.
