Details on Laser Surgery!!??

I just found out that i have to have laser surgery to remove the warts that are inside of my vagina. Can anyone PLEASE tell me if there are any risks, and if this can cause loss of feeling down there? any details on this surgery would be really helpfull!! Thank you!

I've not had laser surgery there but
have had warts removed from other parts
of my body in this way. The spots are
red, wet and a bit painful for a few
days. The first two days are the
worst, then it gets better over the
week. The area would become sensitive
rather than numb I should think!
