Treatment That's Been Working for Me

I am a male 26 yrs. old. My case was not what I conider "severe" to begin with. Had a few that looked like moles at the base of my penis. For the past 4 months have been consistently getting Cryotherapy every three weeks and Aldara almost every day Lessons Learned: Don't apply too much Aldara it will irritate the skin. Limit it to affected area only. Experimented with Tea Tree oil - Didn't see much value. I do use a Tea Tree Body Soap by Paul Mitchell that is an excellent cleanser a must use. Other things that helped: keeping area clean, not shaving around affected area (It will spread!!!), Echinacea X2 per day, no drinking, no smoking (never really did before anyhow), eat healthy, plenty of exercise. Food rich in nutrients especially antioxidents, multivitamin.

Yeah, definitely don't over-do the
aldara. Keep it relatively local and
only use 3 times a week...even then you
get some/alot of over-irritation..but
it does work.

do use aldara all over or just where
you have had warts?

in the wart area only-don't bother
using it all over. The irritation
factor is defintely serious. Plus,
the design of the medication is for
straight on Wart.

Aldara is what my clinician highly
recommended, and I learned why. It was
the only thing that I did respond to.
And, she had samples.....apparently a
lot of doctors do. FYI.

Aldara is soooo irritating. But it
seems to have cleared up the warts.

Sounds like you've got everything worked
out! Congratulations--and thinks for advice
with Aldara. Just to warn you echinecia is
great but after prolongued use it will actually
weaken the immune system so just be careful.
