I went to the Dr. and got a prescription for aldara. she checked me out and said i only had one wart. that one wart was pretty obvious to both of us. i have lots of small bumps however, right around my hairline, above my clit. i asked her about those and she said she didn't know if they were warts but she didn't think so. so i started using aldara on the REAL wart and the "fake" ones the dr didn't know about. after three days of treatment, the regular wart went away. the "fake" ones didn't. I feel like if my body had an immune response to something that i KNOW was a wart, that means IF the other ones were real warts, there should have been an immune response to those too. Does anyone agree with that? has anyone else had any similar experiences? i dont want to keep using aldara on skin that really doesn't have warts, although i can't tell, and neither could my dr, if they were warts. she put vinegar on them and said they didn't really light up. gee, thanks for the half-ass diagnosis.

Sometimes it's tough to tell. And also some warts take much longer than others to go away despite their apparent small size. I'd keep putting it there in small amounts but just don't over-do it. If it gets really red or inflamed and they're still there then maybe they are not warts after all. Sorry can't be of more help but even doctors have no idea all the time.

try putting vinigar on the small ones, if the turn white than they are warts. all women have some bumbs that are just right above the clit, either hair folicles or just skin bumps.
