Immune system plays a large role but that's not the only factor. The fact remains though that most people clear it on their own after a while. I would also suspect that if you have a really weak immune system your case is much worse than if you had a strong one. Maybe yours would have been worse??

hey i understand that you are frustrated about stuff not working for you, but i believe that fighting this is probably 80% mental, so dont shoot down our hopes. any litte thing helps, and if it prevents us from getting other sicknesses all the better. I hope that you have success soon! Take care!

uhh hi
lots of cardio and lifting messes up your immune system.. lifting 5 times a week is from what i know too much.. your cortisol levels go way up and weaken your immune system.. cortisol is what your body produces under high stress mental or physical.

Everyone has a good point to make, and I agree with all of you. I also think that you should consider that what works for one or some doesn't work for everyone. And just like you think you have it bad because your warts are stubborn, someone else has it way worse than you. Do you also suffer from symptoms of your warts like pain or itching?? If not, that is something to be thankful for! I do hope your situation improves. Try to find the silver lining.

uhh hi is correct. Just because you are super fit does not mean you have a super immune system, quite the opposite in some cases. I am also a firm believer that mental fitness plays a large role in overcoming this nuisance of a virus. I would also be interested to know what treatments you have tried. All the best, remember to stay as mentally tough as you are physically ;)

Without a doubt, being a body builder is doesn't mean strong immune system. Take it easy for a while with that and see what happens. I had mine burned off and they haven't come back. I also occassionally apply the following homemade mixture...

I mix in a small jar about 15 or 20 drops of tea tree oil, thuja extract, colloidal silver liquid (from vrp.com), aloe gel, silica gel (1/2 tsp., emu oil. It actually feel pretty good but it has an aroma so I only use it at night.

You should also talk to your doctor (preferably a urologist) and request a prescription for Acyclovir (Zovirax). It is initially intended for herpes, another viral problem, but my research has made it clear that it can be used to supress HPV. Take it easy and don't be so angry.

Maybe sweat plays a major role in your warts being stubborn. Loosen up and have a open mind. You are only harming yourself saying un-faithful and un- hopeful things like that.

Don't put everyone elses hopes into the ground, being super human does'nt mean shit, get over your self, stop trying to be perfect, and they will go away!!

I think this thread is in response to some people who have been saying very loudly that those of us who do not recover are still virus ridden because we don't exercise.
