What they look like, internet mystery

The worst thing about searching for pictures, is most of the pictures are when the warts are big and unquestionable. Is there a known site of different stages of warts? This would be very helpful to LOTS of people that like me, searched the internet for days in disbelief of what they have been told to have or think they may have. Thanks

I'm not positive but I have this
assumption that most peoples look much
much milder than the pics I've seen on
the internet. Mine were barely
noticeable at all. No wonder people
don't even know they have it.

exactly. i always thought that you
would KNOW if someone has them. but
you dont, some just look like little
pimples... someopeople have only 1...
the internet looks very exteme to me
too.

The pics on the internet are usually
taken from pateints with HIV or
compromised immune system. They are
nasty-don't let them scare you. Few
of us are going to have anything like
that.

Internet is extreme. Those pages
should be put in context. Look, they
wanted to see warts, so they searched
the depths of the dirtiest third world
countries to find the sickest people
on earth. Most in those pictures are
in the late stages of AIDS.

I think we need to take pics of our
stuff just so we can educate each
other. Because I know the internet pics
scared me to death. I worried even
more. I'm doing great now but I think
if we were all comfortable taking pics
of them we should. hehe Start our own
annonomis (sp?) website

I agree with kp's idea, but how many
of us can actual get a picture onto
the computer without the worry of
someone finding it? I know I couldnt.
I'm also glad to hear that most people
dont look like those pictures. Thanks
for responding to my post!

Caulliflower sprouting out of my
ass,,lol, that was good. Well my warts
are pretty bad, not third worl contry
bad, but ive got em by the dozens. some
are big, some are small, i think i have
it a bad as you can get it, my doc even
said that it was the worst breakout hes
ever seen, and its not nearly as gross
looking as those pics on the computer.

allright.

I think I'll pass on the pictures...I
got my own to look at...I don't need to
see anymore even if they don't look
like the ones on the internet...LOL...

All jokes aside, get a diagnosis from
a doctor if there are suspicious
bumps, don't go diagnosing yourself.
Also try the vinegar test: soak a
washcloth with vinegar and apply to
the area in question for 5-10 minutes.
(You can use ordinary household
vinegar.) If there are warts they will
turn white...Other patches of skin may
turn white too, but at least you may
have a better idea if you need a
doctor. Good Luck.

Wow Sarah, thanks...that's a really
good suggestion, I've never heard it,
but i'm going to try it...
