I am so unsure of what i have...

just last month i noticed some bumps around my my penis they are not actually on my penis or the head of it. Just little bumps at the base of the penis. I am scared to go to the doctors since i am in the miltary and feel really ashamed if i had to say why i have to go. I have not been with a female in over a year now. and i believe i found the woman of my dreams but i can't or won't do anything with her til i am sure but i am scared to go to the doctors. I have been reading all the stories on this website and i have thus far to see a problem like mine. My bumps are the same color of my skin and i don't feel no pain or itchless from them. I wanted to cut them off with a knife but i am afraid it might spread i only got like 5 bumps around the base of my penis and none on the penis or balls. Plz someone answer my question. when it began. Get them treated now
before it becomes more difficult.
