The supporter awards
I wanted to start a strand where we could give gratitude to those on this site (or if you have a story from "real life") who have been particularly helpful or encouraging. Overall, this site has been so helpful to me and I wanted to stop and say thank you for all the encouraging and caring dialog I have seen. And those of you who say mean things, you just make me laugh cause you are so silly and if one thing is certain in this world, you'll get yours someday. The stories of coping and overcoming this little bug show me that I'm not as unique as I thought I was. I cried, freaked out, hated my ex. I've run to the bathroom every few hours to check what was going on...and so have all these anonymous people (you guys) from different parts of the country, with different color skins, and different life stories. Wow. This experience has really brought me back down to Earth..and its a nice place. Soon enough, we'll all be healthy and move on, but I hope we can maintain the sensitiviy we've shown here and give it to others who will need it.Comments:
