try this...homeopathic remedy

I recently visited a friend who is a resistered Homeopath. I told her that I had genital warts, and did she know of anything that I could take, and she said that she also had had them on her vaginal lips, and taken a homeopathic treatment called THUJA and they had cleared up. That was 15 years ago, and she said that for her they hadent returned. I have taken some (at a highpotency level) twice, seven drops evening and the next morning. So far so good...I will keep you posted as to how it works. My friend said that you need to attack the virus internally, rather than externally, which seems to make sence, and that for viruses, homeopathics work very well (unlike my recent, dissapointing experiances with conventional medicines). She also said that the drops (taken orally by the way)would not make them worse, that they will either work for you, or they wont. Heres hoping they work for me, and you too. Speak to a homeopath regarding potency and how much \often to take. Apparently just a few doses is enough! Heres Hoping!

I see Thuja frequently recommended as a
remedy for warts at health food stores.
Good luck and report back!

how long do they take to work?

homeopathy works at the same rate as a
placebo. That is a fact. In other
words, if you drink water and beleive
it will cure you, it will have the
same effect as the above suggestion.
Honestly.

...now that doesn't mean it doesnt
work...it means that it is a mind over
matter thing. AT least you can drink
water for free.

Whether its the homeopathy or the mind
that is working, it doesnt matter it is
working. If her believeing in it
working leaves her wart free then all
the power to her! Hope that it works
out for you!

...no doubt-I just don't want people
spending tons of money to drink water-
see the overall message is that it is
mind over matter. The placebo effect
is very real. If you decide broccolli
has a magic effect- it will

yeah I'm beting the stressing out
about it probably cause more
breakouts,

It was a gift, so I didnt actually
spend money, and as the conventional
treatment cost me $40 and didnt work..
I dont actually want to get in to an
argument over the effectiveness of
homeopathics. All I know is that I ws
fairly cynical, but would try anything
thats not going to make them wose,
and a week later, theres no sign of
warts (They seemed to be recurring
before I took the treatment). Try it or
not, its up to you. What have you got
to lose?

12/19/2003 5:44:59 PM -
...well, cool, keep us posted on your
progress

Keep up the positive attitude,
mickymae! Congrats on the fact that
they went away! I am very very happy
for you :-)
