i'm 25, in almost perfect physical shape and cannot seem to shake them. ran a full course of aldara, had a couple freezing treatments, but i'm still stuck with about 7 of the 10 or 11 i started with they're small, but they don't leave. It's getting extremely frustrating. I've had them for around 7 months now. Any more suggestions?

take some dance classes with me- seriously-dont think you cant-i was so depressed at first and then more showed up then i found this site-everything blondee says really helps me! Honestly mine were gone really quickly i still have the larger one although its getting smaller and the small ones are gone-7 months isnt that long of a time i think a lot of ppl have had them for longer.

If after freezing you still have them you need to go back and tell the dr to zap them longer though! Make sure you take a folic acid vitamin thats what really did it for me i think i took that in the morning and a flintstone chewable at night(hehe im a dork)! a bf and still do through all of this who stuck by me and my sex life never ended he was okay with all of it-I was always really open about it although i was pissed-so i guess what all this means is take your vitamins-eat healthy- stay ative-dont be upset/unhappy/disgusted with yourself- dont smoke

taking a multi vit, vit c and echineccea is helpfus also
