It can happen to you

I was told in Sept. that I had HPV around about the same time i started to notice perianal(sp?)warts. My bf stuck by me-although i did not get them from him(i got them from a guy when i took a break from my bf)i had never been careless about sex. I am a ballet dancer/teacher-in total i dance about 10-15hours a week sometimes a little bit more. Over the summer I am outside riding my bike and just running around soaking up the sun. I take a multivitamin every night and a folic acid oil of olay pill after breakfast...i eat as well as possible im only 20 and LOVE junk food. I had about 10 warts, one slightly larger(not huge)than the rest. I was supposed to pick up aldara but never went to get it and just a few days ago i realized the small warts were gone and the larger one got smaller. I am always looking at this site and just wanted to share some good news and give some others hope! Good luck and hang in there!

You're young...you're healthy...you
excercise..therefore your immune system
is strong. Congrats...I'm sure all our
warts will go that way with time.

i'm 25, in almost perfect physical
shape and cannot seem to shake them.
ran a full course of aldara, had a
couple freezing treatments, but i'm
still stuck with about 7 of the 10 or
11 i started with
they're small, but they don't leave.
It's getting extremely frustrating.
I've had them for around 7 months now.
Any more suggestions?

take some dance classes with me-
seriously-dont think you cant-i was so
depressed at first and then more showed
up then i found this site-everything
blondee says really helps me! Honestly
mine were gone really quickly i still
have the larger one although its
getting smaller and the small ones are
gone-7 months isnt that long of a time
i think a lot of ppl have had them for
longer.

If after freezing you still have them
you need to go back and tell the dr to
zap them longer though! Make sure you
take a folic acid vitamin thats what
really did it for me i think i took
that in the morning and a flintstone
chewable at night(hehe im a dork)! Even
though you are in great physical shape,
watch what you eat, continue to be
active and keep a positive mind. I had

1/20/2004 3:11:18 AM - op-still continued
a bf and still do through all of this
who stuck by me and my sex life never
ended he was okay with all of it-I was
always really open about it although i
was pissed-so i guess what all this
means is take your vitamins-eat healthy-
stay ative-dont be
upset/unhappy/disgusted with yourself-
dont smoke
