Mostly Gone

THrough - avoiding this website for a couple of weeks, healthy living and exercise...and the use of aldarda, my warts are fading away. my vulva is for the first time in months smooth. my doctor said the biopsy showed that i only had wart virus. since the outside ones are fading she suggested i wait 6 months before i see her again. if then the wart on my cervix is still there, we will laser it off...but chances are if i continue living healthy and managing stress..i can keep it at bay. when i was first diagnosed i was so stressed out and looked at all the worst case scenarios. this did nothing for my condition. Stay positive..in most cases..its just warts. stay healthy and minimise stress.

I agree that stress is a major factor.
I think stress is worse than unhealthy
living, but that is only my opinion. I
was under a great deal of stress when
I first developed them. Then when I
discovered that they were warts (after
a couple of months) I was under more
stress (you guys can understand why)
and I had another outbreak.

Now healthy living and less stress is
helping out a lot.

That's why excercise is so good. It
relieves stress. My 2 cents.
