I have bumps on my penis that I thought were warts. For the past three months I have been very depressed about this. I have seen three doctors (a dermatologist, a sex clinic doctor, and my family doctor) and all three have told me that they weren't warts. The bumps were just: skin tags and hair follicles. To say I am relieved is an understatement.
I understand the psycological implications of this thing. It is very heavy. I totally understand what you guys are thinking and feeling. It is a very difficult thing to live with. Many times when I felt alone, I came here and was impressed with the attitudes of some people.
Well I wish you all good luck. I hope that there is a cure to this blasted virus soon. Because I know now (because of the site) how easily transmitted it is. You guys all deserve better than this. But at the same time try to take away something good from this experience. Whether it is a healthy lifestyle or just a greater appreciation for life. Everything happens for a reason.
God bless all of you and good luck with everything.

I had exactly the same thing a while ago. It was awful, and most mens magazines don't mention the possibility that this might be the case in the health sections, they always say "get it checked!!!" I guess because it's the best advice. My doctor was funny, he said "We all have those, I have them!" to which I replied "I don't want to see them mate!"
It was an enormous relief though, to be told it was not what I feared.
