Joe
It might not be the best idea to have sex with warts visible because even though you both have it, it might just spread it further. But if you both get treated you'll both eventually just build immunity to it and it wont' show up even anymore...not a problem. This is assuming you have the wart strain though.

I have the wart causing HPV and my bf knows and we still are together he was fine with it, knowing full well that he would get it from me. Although ppl say you shouldnt have sex w/ warts present bc it will spread sometimes we do...we are both currently using aldara as well, i have about 5 warts he has 1

i still say dont have sex when warts are present so they dont spread. get it under control, receieve treatment and then screw eachothers brains out when you are married.

yeah but still if you are both getting treatment and being healthy and only being with each other and sex helps to relieve some stress why not im not saying do it every day 100 times but if it happens you dont really have to worry about anything worse happening maybe more warts at worse

Sorry
Do whatever you can to keep your immune system strong (vitamins,herbs/echinacea,and work out) It can take years to show up.Do everything you can as a preventative measure.Otherwise I personally would assume that he had it. If so love him to the fullest and treat him the same way you always did.If you do have it you'll be twice as likely to contract other STD's so you guys should do everything in your power to stay faithful and commited.
